MBM ISLAND
In view of tourism development of North
Kerala the Group has acquired an island
measuring 6.25 acres in Kavvai Backwaters
Near Ezhimala Naval Academy and just 500
meters from Arabian Sea.
In the sea shore close to the above property
we have acquired 1 acre of land. Another 1.5
acres of land has been purchased in the
nearby area adjacent to the river for
providing car parking facilities and to
